ADMJ 102 Principles and Procedures of the Criminal Justice System
This course examines due process in criminal proceedings frompre-arrest through trial and appeal utilizing statutory law and state and constitutional lawprecedents. Discussion points will examine the components of the criminal justice system andtheir roles and responsibilities.
