An overview of the concepts and significance of factors that contribute to success in education. Factors to be explored include social awareness, cultural identity, motivation leadership, and goal setting. Designed to help students explore their understanding of personal, social, and cross-cultural differences, as well as analyze the relationship between cultural experiences and educational success.
