MUS. 100 FUNDAMENTALS OF MUSIC (3)
Hours/semester: 48-54 lecture. Students will learn how to read music notes, rhythms, key signatures, scales and chords. Students will develop listening techniques and explore musical styles and aesthetics. Recital attendance may be required. Appropriate for the general student, this course partially fulfills General Education requirements for the Humanities.
