FITN 304.2 WALKING FITNESS II (.5 or 1)

Hours/semester: 24-54 lab.
Gain intermediate level cardiovascular fitness through walking. Students will evaluate their individual levels of cardiovascular fitness and develop an intermediate level personal walking program. Transfer credit: UC; CSU (E2).
