Leaders are responsible for encouraging the highest possible performance from their employees. Most leaders recognize that motivation is a key driver of high performance. This course explores approaches to, and the impacts of, leading, coaching, and managing. Pivoting among said approaches is a requirement for middle to senior managers and project managers.
