HIST 235 HISTORY OF ETHNIC GROUPS IN THE UNITED STATES (3) (Pass/No Pass or letter grade.)
Hours/semester: 48-54 lecture.
Recommended: Eligibility for ENGL 100 or ENGL 105, or equivalent.
A survey of the social, economic and political history of ethnic groups in the United States, with particular emphasis on minority communities. In addition to examining the histories of individual ethnic communities, the course will explore the historical relationships between different groups.
