Course Information
MATH 251 CALCULUS WITH ANALYTIC GEOMETRY I The study of limits and continuity, the derivative, applications of the derivative, the definite integral, and the fundamental theorem of calculus. Primarily for science, technology, engineering, and math majors.
Hours/semester: 80-90 lecture/16-18 hours by arrangement.
Prerequisite: MATH 222, or appropriate placement test score and other measures as appropriate, or equivalent.
Note: TI-83 or TI-84 Graphing Calculator required.
Transfer credit: UC; CSU (B4).
