Description: Overview of the principles of sustainable design. Issues affecting homes and lifestyles as applied to residential interiors. Home energy assessment in existing residential structures using diagnostic tools such as infrared camera, moisture meters, and video cameras, among others. Local and state government policies. Field trips required. Transfer: CSU, UC.
