Description: Electronic transcription of patient medical chart progress notes, history and physicals, letters, consultations, surgical and autopsy reports, and discharge summaries utilizing computers. Course includes analyzing, editing, proper documentation, and compliance requirements. BIOL 130 is recommended. Transfer: CSU.
