ENGR 210 Engineering Graphics Introduction to graphical communication and design for engineers. The engineering design process, visualization, sketching, orthographic projection, formal engineering drawings, descriptive geometry, manufacturing processes, dimensioning and tolerancing practices. Use of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to support engineering design. Students complete weekly homework assignments and group design projects that develop sketching, design, and 2-D and 3-D CAD skills. Assignments may require the use of CAD software outside of class hours (Spring only.) Units: 4 Degree Credit Letter Grade Only
