FITN 235.3 - Boot Camp III

FITN 235.3 BOOT CAMP III (.5 or 1)

Pass/No Pass or letter grade option. Hours/semester: 24-54 lab.

Description: A group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval and strength training at an advanced level. Modern fitness techniques such as plyometrics and agility and strength training exercises will be incorporated. (AA: Area E4, CSU: Area E2, UC*)
