ADMJ 104 Concepts of Criminal Law This course introduces students to the general elements and classifications of crimes against persons, property, morals and public welfare using case law and case studies. Discussion points will also include common and statutory law, the nature of acceptable evidence, prosecution and defense decision making, criminal culpability and defenses to crimes. Units: 3 Degree Credit Letter Grade Only
