ELEC 441 Sensors and Data Transmission Systems

A practical course in industrial measurement of temperature, flow, pressure, and levelfocusing on their physical basis and fundamental laws. Application concepts in industrialinstrumentation systems, sensor troubleshooting, and factors with influence sensor and systemaccuracy, performance, and calibration are described while stressing basic sensor theory ofoperation, faults, and calibration. A materials fee as shown in the Schedule of Classes is payable upon registration.
