FIRE 714 Wildland Fire Control This course focuses on the principles and techniques used to extinguish wildland fires, as well as prevention and control of their occurrences. Discussion points will include California’s wildland fire problem, safety, weather effects, wildland fuels, fire behavior, attack methods, urban interfaces and investigation. Units: 3 Degree Credit Letter Grade Only
