FITN 334 - Yoga

FITN 334 YOGA (.5 or 1)

Pass/No Pass or letter grade option. Minimum of 24 or 48 lab hours per term.

Description: A fitness class using yoga postures to increase flexibility and strength; improve balance and posture, learn breathing techniques to relax the mind and the body. Class is appropriate for all ages and abilities. (May be taken four times for a maximum of 4 units.) (AA: Area E4, CSU: Area E2, UC*)
