MUS. 317 Piano Literature & Performance: The 20th Century & Beyond

Study and perform keyboard works from the 20th/21st centuries: Explore the general historical climate and the myriad of styles and techniques needed to play this music. Focus is on performance practice and the preparation and performance in a class situation of representative repertoire. Individual practice outside of class hours is required.
